Being Tech Medic's owner and lead specialist, Jack usually makes first contact with clients to assess their needs. He's been supporting both PC's and Macs since the late 90s. He was hired by Apple Computer as their student representative at Brown University.
DJ Foster
DJ joined the team in 2022 and excels in providing software support. With a strong ability to guide clients through their concerns, DJ helps them navigate technical challenges with clarity and a friendly demeanor, ensuring they reach their goals effectively.
Lorelei Yun
Lorelei came aboard in 2024, bringing strong organizational skills and a love for technology. By effectively managing schedules and coordinating client communications, she ensures our operations run smoothly and provide a seamless experience for our clients.

Josh has worked with Tech Medic since 2016. Josh has an excellent ability to maintain patience & friendliness in the most challenging of situations. A specialist at fine hands-on work, he is our top hardware repair artist.
